Windows XP Professional

Click on the Start button, click on the Control Panel then select Network Connections.

Select the Network Connections tab 

Select Create a New Connection from the Network Tasks menu 

Start the New Connection Wizard to begin configuring your connection. Then click Next.

Choose the Connect to the Internet option from the connection wizard. Then click Next.

Select the option Set up my connection manually. Then click Next.

Select the option Connect using a dial-up modem. Then click Next.

Please enter the ISP Name: "All Speed",  Then click Next.

Please enter the Phone Number to Dial . In the Grand Junction, CO area the local phone number is 245-1288.  Click Next.

Enter your Account Information .  This includes your All Speed User Name and Password.   Then Click Next.

Click Finish on the completion page 

Your computer should now be configured to Access All Speed Internet using dial up networking.

There is a difference between windows xp home and professional.  If this does not match the settings on your computer please try the other versions configuration screen.
