services. In most cases All SPEED has redundant systems which eliminate
or minimize any interruption at all.

Overview
On Thursday November 18th, 2004
at 1 AM we will begin an upgrade to our mail servers. This operation
will be to convert users on any of our old mail server to our new upgraded
servers.
This is expected to be completed
on Thursday, but we have reserved identical times the following night should
the upgrade not be completed Thursday night.
Impact
-
During this time there may be some
brief periods (normally 2-3 minutes) were users will experience delays
when sending or checking email.

During portions of the upgrade any
incoming emails will be held and not made available in users inbox until
that portion of the upgrade in completed.

No mail will be rejected and only
users who are sending or downloading mail during this service hour will
be affected.
Benefits

This maintenance will complete moving
all customers to the new mail servers allowing us to offer more advanced
services.

Users from the old mail server will
notice faster transfers when sending or receiving email.

This maintenance will allow you to
begin using the advanced spam and virus scanning services we have completed
testing.

This maintenance provide all customers
the ability to check email from anywhere with out Web Mail service regardless
of their email domain.
